Total Assurance, Inc. (TAI) was created in January of 2004 by licensed social workers Johanna Williams and Derrick Webb after realizing the limited amount of home health options available to those with developmental disabilities. The two decided to create what they felt the community needed the most, primarily with the purpose of providing alternative options around support and specialized services.

Both Derrick and Johanna have over 30+ years each in the field of social work and have made Total Assurance into an incredibly successful company servicing over 50+ families across the states of Louisiana and Texas. The goal of Total Assurance is to help our clients see beyond their current circumstances and achieve success in performing everyday tasks in home, at work, and outdoors in their leisure time by matching them with qualified Direct Support Professionals.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide quality support and services to individuals that are disabled by matching professional staff with individuals based on desire, need and lifestyle. Our services are designed to help individuals to remain at home by reducing the likelihood of individuals with disabilities being admitted into large facilities as secondary homes.
